Rosa Brothers Milk Company — Local services in Tulare

This is a MUST stop on our trips through the central valley! Their milk is AMAZING!!! I wish we could get it in San Diego. They offer a variety of flavors including chocolate, strawberry, orange cream, root beer float, horchata, banana, and during the holidays they have eggnog. The strawberry is my favorite and I can't recommend it enough.

The ice cream they offer is also FANTASTIC! They allow you to try samples, or they have a small container you can purchase of each of the flavors. They are perfect when you can't decide what flavor you want. They offer a variety of sizes including large tubs.

Joseph was the person that helped us during our recent visit and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. He made great recommendations and was patient as we tested a variety of items during our visit.

They offer tours during the weekdays. I hope to get the chance to tour one day. They have food items available from other local vendors. Cheeses, sausages, beef, shirts, and other gift items.

I highly recommend making a stop by this fantastic store! If you are traveling, they do offer ice chests for sale...

Uses cornstarch and carrageenan to thicken milk and its still not that thick. A way to make a sub-premium milk appear premium.

Add some cream and thicken it naturally yeah? Cornstarch is cheaper than cream so no. Your making 20 bucks off each gallon of milk split 10 ways. At that price I expect thickness with no fakeness.

Artificial flavoring too, couldn't use only natural. At least no high fructose corn syrup.

Whole milk should be enough fat content and cream to make it thick on its own.

Leaves me feeling like its watered down milk with thickeners fake flavors and food coloring. Dont think its worth putting in a glass bottle, just preying on peoples love for nostalgia.

Would like to find a banana milk thats just bananas and milk and not all the fake stuff.

If you dont care what you eat or put into your body or get your moneys worth of product then you will love this milk!

Picked up a Rosa Brothers Candle in a Milk Glass, smells so good and perfect for a Christmas Gift. The Creamery Located in Tulare Ca gives the customer the opportunity to view through a window how the milk/ ice cream/creamers are made in real time.
