From Tulsa and have been taking my daughter to out of town tournaments this year. First one at home and at Titan. DISAPPOINTED. See pictures for reference. First was the $20 roped-off parking lot (separate from the roped-off officials and coaches parking that I support) that occupies seemingly 50% of parking in front of the building. Next was the $20 entrance fee for the day. Third was the seating conditions. People jammed everywhere, EXCEPT the balcony that COULD seat 50-70 people and open everything up, but
.. yep, you guessed it VIP paid seating only. As the photo shows. ZERO people decided to pay more to be a VIP. Not sure how much it costs, but when you add all of that up, that is more expensive for 1 person than for 4 people to see nationally ranked OU women’s basketball that includes parking, 4 drinks, 4 hotdogs, and a popcorn ($48). Of all the tournaments we’ve have been to this year (Dallas, OKC, Omaha) this is the most expensive for spectators, has by far the worst parking situation, and the ONLY place that didn’t provide chairs (with backs) for seating. My wife actually said this morning (after helping my 80 year old father navigate the long walk in the lot since handicap parking was full) that she thought she was going to dread the travel tournaments but instead is looking forward to heading to St. Louis next week after this experience. I understand that businesses need to make money, but increasing the fees to the spectators in all aspects compared to other tournaments and providing a significantly lower product is not the way to increase your bottom line. Accepting less teams into a tournament and then providing a better experience then what they get other places will lead to people being happy to pay a little more than usual. It will become a destination people are excited for instead of me texting friends that were planning on coming to see my daughter in a home match and urging them not to come. I would be too embarrassed. Please look into your model for these tournaments and make changes that are...

Titan Complex could be a really nice facility to host your soccer and volleyball events at HOWEVER there's many internal {upper} management issues as to why this place is managed the way it is:

  1. As of April 15th there is no management dedicated to or for Titan because the general manager, Thomas Parsons, is an employee of a staffing agency contracted for 3 years to, "get the facility back in shape" PLUS he, Thomas, terminated majority of the staff that has been there from the beginning that brought over 90% of Titans business.
  2. The HVAC system was built for a residential building instead of a commercial building which is why the facility's temperature is always unaccomodating.
  3. There's no SOPs, no processes for any of the departments including childcare which explains why there's always chaos (dirty restrooms, hair and dust on the courts causing injured players, disgruntled parents dropping children off to childcare)
  4. Presently they don't have dependable, knowledgeable sports directors because either they quit for lack of management or they were terminated or aren't full time employees.
  5. Management from the investors all the way down to MODs never have inclusive meetings so that everyone is on the same page.
  6. Customer Service has NEVER been a topic of concern and the front desk staff need a training sessions on what customer service is.
  7. This place is a health department violation!
  8. The bar area is also a violation because the cooler that holds adult beverages is NEVER locked because it's broken (keep in mind this facility employs underage children)
  9. Inefficient parking during big events, inefficient janitorial staff, ineffective equipment such as score keeping clocks, floor cleaning machines, HVAC system all due to lack of management.

Bottom line: this place needs someone or group with extensive sports management experience! Basketball coaches and leagues DO NOT waste your time or cash! They don't want...

My daughter had the Worst customer service experience from Rachel Hummingbird she is extremely disorganized and unprofessional, do not enroll your kids in any sport at this complex, they will give you the run around and then when you call to follow up they will tell you all spots have been taken when you have been calling since mid June with no response back. She had called to get her son enrolled this summer for soccer as it would be his first year and She called early this summer. And they said to leave her name, phone number, and email which She did with no follow up. They make promises they can not keep such as simple follow up. They told her She could fill it out online but She was having trouble with their website and they told her someone would get back to her, which She then proceeded to ask if She could just fill it out in person and they told her they do everything online. She finnaly gets a call back to find out a lady took her son IN PERSON to register the same day She was having issues with their computer and took the last spot. Absolutely redicilous. Go anywhere but here unless you want added stress...

Update: my car was not towed for no handicap placard because the placard WAS visible! It was apparently towed for firelane violation! Picture included. We bring our daughter to tournaments almost every weekend and spend a lot of money at this facility
to be towed because I was barely on the line. Wow. That is shitty. $235 to get my car out AND it’s my birthdayđŸ˜© My husband is disabled and we must have forgot to put the handicap placard up. Obviously I understand that you’re supposed to have it visible, but it would have been nice for a warning before towing our car considering we had the placard in our car. So rather than helping handicap people they towed the car of someone disabled.

It's a nice facility, with some minor issues. We went here for a volleyball tournament and it went well. The first day was freezing outside, but inside, it was great. Secone day was warm outside, yet very nice inside. This is what you want when you are sitting in the building for 10 hours for a tournament. Main complaint is the restrooms. They are very small and very limited. During these large tournaments, it just doesn't work well. The concession stand is also a bit limited for the number of people this place works with. Other than that, everything was setup well enough, and it was easy to move around. They also have a full bar on the second floor if that is your thing.
