Came in to get a flat tire fixed, we purchased our tires at costco so we had road hazard warranty. Scheduled an appointment at 11am, got there about 1050am and handed my keys to the technician. He quoted me about an hour to fix the flat if it was in a fixable location. At 1hour 20mins they had just pulled my vehicle in. About 10 minutes later he showed me my tire and said they could definitely fix it as it was in a fixable location and it would be free except the $2.99 tire pressure monitor he has to replace every time he takes a tire off, he said maybe another 15 minutes to get it fixed. 30 minutes later he pokes his head out of the vehicle bay and tells me he can't fix it, it's been repaired before and since it's been repaired in the same quadrant of the tire, he can't repair it. He asked me to give him a minute to work up a warranty claim and he would be back to tell me what a new tire will cost after my road hazard warranty paid some. I then waited another 20 minutes to have the technician come out and tell me it's gonna be $800 for 4 brand new tires cause my vehicle is AWD. I was very surprised as I came in for a free tire repair and had already been told it could be fixed. I told the technician that I may buy two tires now and do two later, I wasn't sure yet, and he told me he didn't think he could let me leave there without buying 4 new tires as the back tires he said are practically bald at 4/32 of an inch. 4/32 of an inch is not practically bald. He said he might be able to get manager approval to let me buy just 2. I told him at that point I was buying zero tires and to put my flat tire back on. I knew with air in it I could get to another tire shop to get the repair. The technician was clearly bothered that I wasn't spending the $800 he quoted me for 4 new tires. He left to put my tire back on and I never saw him again. Another technician came on shift and after another 30minutes, we're at about 3 hours or so at this point, the new technician comes out of the bay and rings me up for $14.00, I asked what was the $14 for and he said that's what the other technician told him to charge me, I told him that didn't sound right at all, the first technician quoted me $2.99 to replace my tire pressure monitor. The new technician said he would ask the previous technician to clarify. Another 15mins goes by and the new technician comes back out and I told him I was confused as to why it has taken more than 3 hours for them to tell me they can't fix my tire and then tried to charge me some weird charge. He apologized gave me my keys and said he wasn't charging me or wasting anymore of my time. I left and went to Robertson Tire, told them about the quadrant story the technician at Costco gave me and he said if it was a safe fix they would fix it. Took Robertson Tire 20mins from the time I came to the time I left. He said it was a safe fix and it was quick and easy, he never tried to charge me a thing he only asked I remember them when I need anything else done. Added a photo of one of the rear wheels for reference.

Recently, I had the chance to visit Costco for the first time. I’d heard plenty of hype about it, but nothing quite prepared me for the experience. First off, walking through the giant entrance felt like stepping into another world. The sheer size of the store is overwhelming. It’s like a warehouse, but one that’s oddly satisfying to navigate, like a treasure hunt for bulk items and discounts. As I strolled through the aisles, I quickly realized that Costco isn’t just a store—it’s an adventure. The carts are gigantic, almost comically so, as if they were designed for a shopping spree fit for a small army. But then, you find yourself tossing in bulk packs of toilet paper, snacks, and massive containers of olive oil that you never knew you needed, and it suddenly feels totally normal. The food court? Legendary. As a first-timer, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But the pizza, hot dogs, and churros are beyond affordable and strangely addictive. It’s like Costco knows that after navigating endless aisles, you need to refuel with something simple and satisfying. I also made my way through the aisles of seasonal items. Christmas decorations in July? Check. A 72-pack of granola bars? Check. Random, but somehow irresistible, offers on everything from electronics to furniture. Each turn brought a new surprise—Costco’s ability to pull together everything under one roof is impressive. In the end, I left with far more than I’d planned, but I walked away feeling accomplished. It wasn’t just about shopping. It was about the experience—the sheer scale, the unexpected finds, and the realization that I may never buy a normal-sized bag of chips again.

the tire shop guy that helped me was not nice he did not like his job. One of my favorite stores to visit in town. Great whole sale prices, good product availability. This warehouse in particular is my favorite because it seems to be bigger more spacious specially towards the back where the toilet paper and water is stocked. There is plenty of room to transit freely and with out obstructions. I guess this is weird to say but I really like the lighting of Costco I go to others stores and lighting it's dimmer and that's kind of depressing. The lighting here makes me feel almost as if I was out in daylight and immediately change into great mood. Prices are very reasonable. The one thing I wish I could change is the size of some of the products on their bakery I can't help having to freeze muffins cookies and partial cakes, we don't eat that fast. I definitively love their food court food is great affordable and delicious. Oh and the rosticery is always a plus sace money on roasted chicken and it's so delicious I tried self check out for the first time here and it doesnt work unless You are paying few Ătems only, if You are shopping to re-stock for a few weeks be sure to avoid them at all cost. It just makes the procesos lenghty and frustrating, reaching table weight lĂmit, machine keeps calming assosiates for difrent reason, that kind of defeats the self service option making You more dependent on the reps but thats only an opiniĂłn.

I have been so happy to have COSTCO 8 miles from my home. I buy all of my gas and food there!! Love the products. TODAY is Saturday, and I went in to buy paper towels, bath towels (which were on sale), milk, and ice cream for my husband. The lines were long, except for self-checkout. My cart was piled high with about 20 large items. I scanned my card and began checking MYSELF out.

A tall woman with a price gun was zipping between customers. She came over to my cart, where I’d already scanned several items, and started looking through it. I asked if I could use her scanning gun, and she snapped, "NO, only I can do this." Okay. She turns and started checking things at the top of my cart. I stopped checking out and turned to ask if she was checking me out. She replied, "I checked the milk," then walked off to help someone else. I put the milk on the counter.

A few minutes later, she returned and demanded, "Where is the milk and why are you ringing that plant food up because I already did." I told her, "You told me you rang up the milk!" She denied that she said that. I then suggested, "Why don't I stop, and you finish checking me out?" She hatefully replied, "No, you can finish." Then she walks off again. I was so frustrated and angry.

My husband, who has a TBI, came over with the ice cream. I scanned it, and he started wrapping it in a towel in the place where you put items. The woman who was on the other side, runs back and unwraps the ice cream. SHE WALKS TO THE END end of my counter AND SCANS SOME BAR CODE. It hit me then: she thought I was stealing!

Then WHEN the towels stopped ringing up ON SALE. I said, "Excuse me, the $2.00 discount didn't come off the towels." She said, "Well, there must be a limit, DID YOU LOOK." I SAID, NO, I DID NOT SEE A LIMIT. People were looking, and she mumbled something to another man in line who turned and laughed. I had her remove the towels and then checked out. She said, I can get this for you SWEETIE…I wanted out ASAP. I said I am very frustrated right now. When I got in line TO LEAVE THE STORE, I gave her my ticket. She stepped back and spent a moment. Then started taking EVERYTHING in my basket apart! I know for a FACT that something was done. I am furious, embarrassed, and have NEVER had anything like this happen. I very well may go back to Sam's Club (where I normally shopped). I called for a manager, and he just said, "Thank you for letting me know," I am so mad. Goodbye, Costco...

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Costco, and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff members who were eager to assist me with any questions or concerns.

The first thing that struck me was the vast selection of high-quality products. Costco truly lives up to its reputation as a warehouse club, offering a wide range of items that cater to every need imaginable. Whether I was looking for groceries, electronics, home goods, or even furniture, I found an impressive variety of options, often at unbeatable prices.

One of the aspects I appreciated the most was the emphasis on value. The bulk packaging allows for significant savings, making it an ideal shopping destination for families or anyone looking to stretch their budget. The quality of the products remained consistently high, regardless of the quantity purchased.

Navigating the store was a breeze, thanks to the well-organized layout. The aisles were spacious, allowing for easy maneuverability even during busy times. The cleanliness and tidiness of the store were remarkable, which further added to the pleasant shopping experience.

Costco’s commitment to customer satisfaction was evident at every turn. The staff was readily available to provide assistance and guidance, ensuring that I could find what I needed without any hassle. Additionally, the return policy is extremely customer-friendly, providing peace of mind in case a product does not meet expectations.

Another highlight of my visit was the food court. It offered a tempting selection of affordable and delicious meals, making it a perfect spot to refuel during a shopping excursion. The famous Costco hot dog, pizza, and smoothies never disappoint.

In conclusion, my experience at Costco was outstanding. From the friendly staff and wide range of products to the unbeatable value and customer-centric policies, I left the store feeling thoroughly satisfied. Whether you’re a frequent shopper or visiting for the first time, I highly recommend Costco for its exceptional shopping experience that combines affordability, quality, and...
