this place is very unprofessional and rude and if I can give them zero Stars I would.I went to this location to file my taxes one of the representatives did my paperwork. but failed to inform me that I needed a 1095 after sending my paperwork to the IRS. When I called about the mistake I was accused of it being my fault that the 1095 wasn't filed.When I ask what do you mean I need a1095 instead of them explaining to me why that wasn't in the paperwork that doing preparation and asked to speak to a manager they hung up in my face. So I called back to the front desk to ask to speak to a manager the lady on the phone told me she was the manager. so I expressed my grievances for nothing to be done. ask for the corporate number and she gave me the number to the building where she work at. When you dealing with people taxes meaning the IRS this is not a time to be unprofessional when you shouldn't be unprofessional at any given time especially when people donate to a place like this that's supposed to be helping people. I will be filing complaint with the BBB. When I ended up doing my taxes myself I ended up getting back $500 more than I would have got back had it went through when I went through Goodwill. Id first point out that I have been here numerous times and noticed I rarely found any 32" or 34" inch waist jeans. Finally I asked about this and a very informative employee told me that a man comes in and buys all of the 32" and 34" and the n re-sells them, they should limit these sales to 3 per customer or something else. Went there Pre-Covid. I took the IT course and was helped to find a job. I worked with Kelsy Jones, Mr. William and a few others. It is a place of kind, caring people. While there, I met a few people who were homeless and had hit rock-bottom. They were able to get the help they needed: food, clothes, housing, and training.
