This place is wonderful to take grandchildren to get cooled off at the water feature close to the Zoo. Most of the time we have found no reason for concern until today when my grandson could have been injured by falling from the rock climbing feature at the water park area when a good Samaritan woman help him off the rock climbing feature that many of the foot and hand climbing grips were lose and he realized he was in trouble with the risk of falling and cried for help. Before I could get to him a kind hearted woman held the grips steady long enough for him to climb down. I'm hoping this post will bring attention to the reality that the climbing feature is a danger to all who venture to climb. It will be an easy fix for maintenance people to fix by tightening up the fasteners holding the climbing foot and hand grips so they don't turn causing a child to fall and possibly get injured. Other than this first concern of anything about this park we can always take the kids there for wet summer fun. Safety is good because I always see several Tulsa City Security units cruising through the park or sitting watching over our most precious of Oklahoma...
