Okie Family Market — Local services in Tulsa

I bought a 24oz jar of kombucha March 27, 2025, at 7:37 AM. It was listed as a 32 oz jar for $13.50. I didn't catch this at that time.

I brought in my 24 oz jar on April 28, 2025 1:04 PM for a $13.00 refill. This is when I noticed the discrepancy. I questioned the lady about the advertised price for the 32 oz jar versus the 24 oz jar Okie Family Market had available for me to purchase.

The lady agreed something was wrong with the transaction and decided to give me my 24 oz refill for a one-time deal of $9.50.

Not counting the 0.50 cents for the 24 oz jar, both transactions I paid $22.50 for 48 oz when it possibly should have been $26.00 for 64 oz.

I had a really uncomfortable experience here. My military service was questioned and I was treated poorly by staff simply because I have tattoos and don’t fit what I assume is the stores norm. I don’t know if this is just the employee that I interacted with but I do hope that the employees can understand that I’ve lost friends and family for their right to act like they are above me and what I have done for my country. I had pictures of my car taken and my privacy violated simply because someone that never served took it upon themself to determine what I have sacrificed. I hope that this is not how the store and the state of Oklahoma treats...
