Poorly run , over charge, nasty board members. Racist , retaliation is huge here if you’re not part of the “click” . Management doesn’t respond to issues. 2 years of proof in case they want to respond. Higher management is a huge issue for the community. I’m assuming there are a few cases under the belt. (If you could find the belt) i like to respond via the portal they like to call so it’s not on record and request that’s call so no one else sees the portal. That was said by Nicole herself. Ummm no thank you, writing is best. I’ve had pot holes the size of car tires and told Nicole that the wild life has gotten injured and she responded that happens every day . I mentioned calling the Games commission and she stated, they don’t care. We’ve called them before and none respond to wild life in danger it’s every day life. Then when I put it in writing that’s when the no writing, I should call started. I advised pediatricians have tripped and she said we have ….. miles of road when we get to it we get to it the major high ways are first. Couldn’t help it so I checked and the board members streets are paved😳 . Then she started some nonsense of a list that gets placed and who is what roads are to be paved next and when and where and when I asked for it. Ofc it doesn’t exist she said she never said it. Hhhmmmm at one point they were charging you for docking your boat and giving you a spot to store it and then allowing someone else to use that spot. They would say our insurance doesn’t cover removal of property , we could get in trouble. So I sent them the law of contractual obligation’s… a few days later , that was changed. If you’re not happy and something seems off. Investigate and send proof via email to the entire team and via the portal. Then come here...

We stayed only for a few days in an AirBnb, and made the mistake of purchasing 1 day passes to use their "amenities" (outdoor pool, indoor pool with limited hours, small play structure appropriate for under 5's, dog park). Passes were $20 per person, and even my 80 year old parents who only wanted to observe their grandkids swimming were required to buy them. The nasty lady behind the counter at the HOA who sold us the tickets did not bother to mention that the dog park she heard us talking about it was already closed for the day, or the fact that the closest beach was closed due to algae bloom. The HOA building was laughably in bad shape.

We went to the outdoor pool. It was advertised as heated but the kids couldn't stay in longer than 5 minutes because it was an overcast August day. If it is in fact heated, guess they can't afford to keep the temperature at something that actually feels pleasant. The "bathrooms" were portapotties, there were no lifeguards. Then we tried the (closed) dog run along with the (closed) beach next to it. Even if it was open, there is a minimum amount of space on the beach, although the lake itself is pretty. It did look like they had real bathrooms there so that's nice.

After that we had enough and asked to get our money back. The nasty lady refused to address us and we spoke to, I guess, the manager. She behaved more like a normal person but refused the refund. After we left my husband joked that hey, this place clearly needs the money...

This place is a fraud. Nothing but problems the whole time I've lived here. Now they claimed they didn't get my HOA fees so I wrote them a new check. They said if my old check shows up they would shred it. Well over a month later it shows up and they cash it, taking $500 instead Of $250 for HOA, overdrawing my bank account. The lady in admin is very rude about it and won't help. I'm calling my bank and reporting...
