I just moved back to MS after being in New York for a year for work. LQ was highly recommended by a family member. Normally, I shop around to get the lowest price, but as soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by Rhonda. She worked with me for over an hour letting me try the furniture, she talkedabout colors and features. Her product knowledge was top notch. She was very transparent and honest. She made sure that I was happy. Even though it was close to closing time she never looked like she was in a hurry or trying to push me out the door. She even got me on the schedule for next day delivery! Needless to say I didnt shop around. Rhonda was even kind enough to leave me her cell number. The day after my sectional was delivered I had a question and called her and she actually answered! She got my question answered and I am a committed customer as long as Rhonda is representing LQ Furniture. I highly recommend LQ Furniture and also HIGHLY recommend everyone to ask...

I bought over 1600 dollars in furniture at this store last week for my daughter’s apt at college. They told me it would be 165 dollars for delivery & it would be delivered that week.... I called 3 times and the furniture was finally delivered after 7pm the following Friday night... the delivery people smelled awful and charged my daughter an extra 20 dollars... 🤷‍♂️... they just left the furniture in the middle of the floor still with the wrapping on it... they broke the leg off of a small table, broke the middle drawer knob off the same table and the corner of the table is broken also... I guess they dropped it.... But the table is damaged... and there is no way to repair the broken corner and match the paint... so do not buy from this place unless you can haul it yourself... I will not buy anything unless I can get it in my vehicle ... to take advantage of a 20 year old girl is low... very...

We were told 90 Day same as cash. It’s not true!! We paid our furniture off in 90 days, but what they don’t tell you is that there is a hidden rental fee for the furniture until it’s paid off. We would have paid up front cash if we knew that. Instead we were charged $200 in rental fees!!! No one mentioned it. We just kept being told “it’s literally the same as cash, no hidden fees. You’ll pay the same either way”. Lies. I can’t believe I trusted y’all- some family business!! Watch out for hidden fees! The store will blame it on the company they use (Acima) for same as cash purchases, and Acima will blame it on the store. Y’all need to make...
