A few months ago, I had a load coming here. The load had shifted in transit. Lift driver came out and told me that I was going to have to come in and clean it up, re-stack...whatever. I go in thinking it was at the rear of the trailer...nope...about midway. Looking at the pallet, it was clearly the shipper's fault. Pallet wasn't wrapped and gaps in between pallets. I told them, I could only strap the back. Not my fault it wasn't wrapped. Walked back out to my truck. Not my fault. Because some product fell off about 15 cases, they scraped the entire pallet. A whole pallet of A&W root beer right into the dumpster. I've never seen them scrap beer....funny.

I'm here, again for a 7am appointment. Going on 2 hours and 15 minutes and the lift driver is about halfway, going by the axle pressure gauge.

Horrible place to deliver to. I arrived at 11 pm for a 7 am appointment. No over night parking. At 6 am I awoke to three trucks in doors. And here it is 11 am I’m still in a door and not started loading. Lost a reload that paid very well due to their incompetence. So far they’ve managed to unload 2 trucks and still there’s 3 waiting for doors. I had to contact law enforcement because they refused to unload me yet they would not let me leave. So I filed an unlawful detainer...

Not a bad visit for me. After reading the reviews I was expecting the worst. I showed up early, 7:30a for an appt at 2p. Was told by them my appointment had been changed to 5a.
