I cannot say enough good about Room to Room. Their warehouse is GIGANTIC, and their furniture is organized by high-middle end, promotional, and outlet. Great selection. They have it all. Their deals are great as well.

Beyond that, the customer service was absolutely PHENOMENAL. They're not just interested in making the sale. They really want you to be happy with what you get. We were able to ask real questions and get real answers, whether it be about fabric composition, frame durability, aesthetics, etc. We didn't even have to ask some of the important questions before we were given answers that we needed. We got real recommendations based on our lifestyle (young kids, and moving a lot with the military).

They took the time to work with us and help us with everything we needed. When I say "they," I mean the sales rep that worked with us from start to finish (we spent two Saturday afternoons in the warehouse trying to make up our minds), the other sales reps that walked by and checked on us, sales reps that we stopped to ask for opinions, as well as the owner of the store and the assistant manager. Additionally, we had our 15-month-old Energizer Bunny daughter with us, and they were so patient and understanding as one of us would have to run after her or keep her entertained some way or another. Several of the staff even played with her so we could sit and look through fabric options or discuss other decisions. The store manager even sat and rocked our daughter when she was too tired to cooperate anymore. They made us feel like part of the family.

I will recommend Room to Room to anyone and everyone. We got great furniture for a great price, and had a phenomenal experience working with the staff at Room to Room in the process. Room To Room Furniture is my new FAVORITE furniture store. You can't possibly see everything in one visit. The place is huge and packed full of most every decorating style. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable of the inventory, and extremely helpful. We browsed through each of the three large buildings, without any high pressure sales tactics, unlike many other stores. Shelia, our sales associate, directed us to what we were shopping for, and she checked in with us, several times, to answer any questions we had. She allowed us the freedom to browse without being pushy or pressuring us to buy. Here you'll find furniture and accessories for every room of your home, office, vacation home, cabin, beach house, or cottage. The choices are endless. We found very unique pieces, that we haven''t seen at other places, helping to make our new home unique and originally our own.
