Cory's Computer Repair is absolutely AMAZING!!! Cory immediately was able to get my laptop in to diagnose and repair. He was able to do the needed repairs right away. He had the parts in-stock to be able to repair promptly. Cory was Great on communicating to me from the initial call appointment and throughout the repair process. My Laptop works better then when it was brand new. It is very fast on startup and quick response times. The fastest I have ever seen on this computer, literally just seconds for startup. The hard drive was replaced and windows reinstalled. My problem was that it had hard drive failure. He was able to find and backup all my files and apps despite having several error codes. I was so Happy by his professionalism, the way he took care of me as a customer and his constant communication with me. There is no doubt that I'll be going back to this business for repairs and or advice in the future. This is by far the BEST experience I have had with any repairs electronically. I am so grateful having been able to find Cory on google. His expertise is incomparable to any other I've encountered, absolutely Amazing! He was very kind, understanding, business/office very clean and tidy. This is well deserved, in fact, if I could give him more stars I would without question. He has all of the knowledge and understanding of computer's that is needed to either repair or diagnose your electronics. I will be going back to Cory whenever I have an issue with my computer up to and including overall maintenance if needed. He answered all of my questions when asked and always quick to respond. He even kept me posted throughout the whole process. I had a deadline for a webinar to make and he even took that into consideration completing the work promptly and professionally. Pictures were sent to me of before and after as the progress was taking place. I can't say enough other than THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for all you have done for me in recovering my laptop, repairing and making it better than new. I’m very thankful to have found Cory just randomly scrolling through Instagram. I had left my gaming computer just sitting around for nearly 2 years because it just kept shutting down on me and at some point last year I thought I could fix it with some research, long story short, I couldn’t. Cory had found the problem within an hour and took only one whole business day to fix it. Of course it would be different for everybody of what your issue is but it was really fast and convient for me! Cory is very friendly and passionate about his work. How passionate? He would send me texts throughout the process of what the issue is and how it got bad, to how he’s going to fix it and why he’s putting in a specific part in the pc and what it will do to help a certain part. He would teach me about specific things I would ask about. He’s very trustworthy, more trustworthy than I would say 90% of these businesses that “build custom PCs,” I say that because the pc I have, the original makers got lazy and had cut a wire behind my components and Cory found that and let me know. NEVER would I have found that. And he fixed it. I recommended Cory to anyone questioning who you should take your pc to. I will definitely be giving him my service for future...

My husband's computer had been acting up for two weeks. We finally decided to find a repair shop to take it to, saw Cory's ratings, and had a good feeling we found the right spot. He was able to look at our computer that day, was polite and friendly. He was also quite knowledgeable, and was able to clearly explain what was wrong with the PC and how he fixed it! When we arrived, he was able to give us an estimate for pricing, and his pricing is quite fair! He was also thorough and made sure the PC was running before having us pick it up. When our first method of payment would be on hold for a month, he also informed us and we were able to work out a much better way to pay right away. Very easy to find his shop, too! Computer has been running smoothly ever since, and if it does act up, he gave us a 30 day post repair trial period to bring it back if it's not fixed. 100% worh the five stars.
