I was so excited to finally get my hair cut after I don’t know how long. I got an appointment the same day with Kendra and was the only one in the salon and was looking forward to some pampering. Talking about my hair, she listened and it sounded like she knew exactly what I wanted. She took barely 5 minutes washing my hair, no scalp massage or taking her time at all which was very disappointing. I sat down and we had some good conversation. I asked for collar bone length, like a long bob and some side swept bangs. I ended up with an above the shoulder bob and some ‘bangs’ that I can hardly tell are there and she didn’t even try to style it. The whole appointment took 20 minutes, it felt like she just didn’t have the time for me. My best friend made me an appointment at this salon very recently and I will never be going back. The staff were very friendly and very kind but that is besides the point. I'm appalled at the fact that they let me leave the salon looking the way I did. I asked for a very specific hair color (red and blonde) and Kendra assured me that she could do it. There was no blending whatsoever and the colors didn't even match the picture. I had also asked for bangs and she only cut one side and seemed rushed to get done.
