3 B's Wrecker Service — Local services in Tuscaloosa

Unfortunately I did not gather the guys name who helped me today, but I was extremely thankful for his service. I had been on the side of the interstate for hours when I desperately reached out to 3B’s. I attempted utilizing my insurance company, State Farm, in which I pay a massive amount of money for monthly, but they and their provider, M & S tire service out of Cuba, AL failed me. I had waited for over 2 hours for M & S to arrive after I had stressed to my insurance company that I was a female with a 4 year old stuck on the side of the road. After those first 2 hours passed, when I was originally told 63 minutes, I reached out and was told they were currently in a totally different state an hour away. On the verge of tears, 3B’s came to my rescue and I’ll be forever thankful for how quickly he not only responded but also arrived, fixed my tire, followed me to the store and even waited until my son and I were in the vehicle pulling away before he left. Was also thoughtful enough to offer me his card just in case my insurance company would consider reimbursing me for the out of pocket costs. Last week I had a flat on My trailer and luckily was close enough to this place that I could pull in and see how much a used tire would be. I ended up having to pay Well over 150 dollars for a USED tire because I had no time to wait on road side people. Well i got to Chula Vista hill and pop. There went the used tire I just spent my last dime on. THEN TODAY BY CHANCE!!! My truck started running hot, so I pulled into the Chevron. I ended up needing something to fix a leak on a hose so I asked these people if they had what I needed and if I could purchase it from them. They were going to sell me the part until I told them that I was going to fix it myself. Then they literally said to me "oh, well then, no sorry we don't have it to sell to you." Friday morning, while on our way from Chattanooga, TN to New Orleans with furniture for our son on the back of our truck, we broke down right at your exit. We were blessed! These are the nicest, most accommodating people! They came down the ramp and got us, and after many phone calls, put our truck on a roll back and took us to Meridian. The driver of the roll back allowed us to follow in his personal truck as the rollback wouldn’t accommodate 3 people. Then he stayed to make sure we wouldn’t be stranded!
