Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy family just stopped at your gas station on our way to my grandmother's funeral. Stopped at the gas station to fuel our vehicle, and clean our windshield and the attendant, an elderly lady, chose to tell my aunt and mother that they should not be throwing "household garbage" in their trash cans. My aunt explained that she had just drove 12 hours from Maryland to visit her dying mother and the attendant had the audacity to say "that's neither here nor there". Dismissed their explanation that the trash was simply a bottle and a subway wrapper from lunch on their drive up, and proceeded to argue with them that she didn't want them to throw their trash in their receptacles. I am shocked that anyone would treat someone like that, to purposely come out of the station to argue with customers about their trash they were throwing away. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have to tell you about the excellent customer service that I received at Kenās Village Market. I needed a cake for a luncheon after my brother in laws funeral. I talked to Marcie in the bakery, and told her exactly what I wanted. It had to have a full sheet cake with a fisherman in a boat on the Sturgeon River with a gold chalice in the water. She did the cake in one day, and it turned out perfect! She is a true cake artist. When I went to pick it up today, an employee in the bakery offered to walk up to the service desk with me, so it wouldnāt slide off of the cart. When I paid for the cake, they sent a young man named Logan out with me to get it out the door and into my car. I want to thank the owner, the store managers, and the entire staff, for the excellent products and customer service that they offer at Kenās Village Market in Indian River. It is truly a pleasure to shop in...
