Paul did a great job on a broken carousel a few years ago and he exceeded his prior excellent work on my latest find in fall 2025, a vintage carousel that would not play or spin properly. Paul did a first-class job on my 50-year-old carousel music box, replacing the music box mechanism with the same tune as in the original, and fixing cracks in the carousel housing. I had looked for someone local to do this project for a year but no one could find the parts. Paul did the repairs and found a new mechanism in just a few weeks. The workmanship was excellent and I was very satisfied with the result. The carousel is very delicate and was well-protected and packaged for a safe return shipment. Since Paul did such a great job on an old carousel, I sent him a 60-year old family heirloom music box locket which had not played in 50 years. Paul did a fantastic job getting the locket to play again and he even cleaned up the brass locket. When I was 20 years old, I gave my mom a beautiful snow globe/music box of the Nativity Scene for Christmas. She LOVED it, it was beautiful. Truly cherished it for about seven years...that is until my 2 year old daughter (her first grandkid) decided to discover if it would bounce. My mom was heartbroken. Fortunately, there was no damage to the figurines or the base.

Fast forward, 23 years and this former beautiful "snow globe" was still displayed every Christmas (minus the glass globe of course). Over those 23 years she had occasionally searched for someone who could repair it but never found anybody.

Last year (November 2020), I found Paul! The "snow globe" was already out on display in my mom's house so I had to wait until January. We eventually snuck it out of the house.

I finally shipped it to him a handful of weeks ago. Then yesterday, a large box arrived. I opened it up and was astonished at how amazing the fully restored globe looked. I literally could not wait to get it to mom.

Called her immediately, set a plan to meet them for a drink, walked into the bar with this thing wrapped up, she had no idea...when she opened that thing I SO wish you could have seen the excitement on her face.

This simple snow globe has meant so much to her and now it is more beautiful than ever. She literally held onto it in it's protective wrapping the entire evening...wouldn't let it go!

Gifts Online restored my children's snow globes to absolute perfection after i had feared them gone for good. I have 2 musical snow globes that my late grandmother gave to my children shortly before her death. After a move and a long stay in a storage unit. I found them drained, with pieces broken inside the globes and the music boxes frozen. I've learned that a trip to Google might find me someone that specializes in this kind of work and I found Gifts Online Inc. After a great conversation with Christine I learned that they we're backed up with orders and repairs and if I sent them in the fall that I may not see them until spring as they will not ship repaired snow globes in the winter. With nothing to lose, I carefully packed up the globes and sent them for a chance at new life 2 states away. Immediately upon receiving the globes they set the expectation that these were unique egg shaped globes that may need to be replaced with round globes as the egg is not readily available. They also stated the damage to them was severe in some places, but they would do their best. At this point I must state the communication was exemplary through the whole process. No detail was left unspoken. No missed call was left unreturned. Fast forward nearly 7 months and what arrived nestled in very careful and thoughtful packaging were 2 snow globes that look and function as well as they day my children unwrapped them.
