Went on Friday, October 19, 2024. Always a pleasant shopping experience. Maybe it's because it's a much smaller store. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Two weeks prior, I had gone to Troyers in Limestone. What a horrible shopping experience. Never again. Anyway, I purchased a pumpkin roll, so fresh and delicious. Also purchased some lemon drop hard candles. I was so pleased shopping here. I mentioned my terrible experience at Troyers in Limestone, and I was told that their store is owned by the same owner. I was also told that Troyers has a bad reputation for terrible customer relations. Makes me wonder 🤔 There are other places to buy bulk food items. I have told a number of people about my experience, and they agree that Troyers may not be the ideal place to shop any longer. Happy with Mountain...
Read moreI live and work close to this location and it's a quick in and out for drinks or something when I'm exhausted but it's not what it used to be. The Troyer's on 11-E is far and above this location nowadays. I think this store has been put on the back burner. The store has always had a smell but the smell of whatever spice it is, is so strong it's almost overwhelming. And anything you buy that's not sealed off tightly is going to taste exactly like the store smells. Not good! Also they treat their employees badly. I see them talking down to the girls, rushing them, etc and the girls in turn seem grouchy and stressed. Just not the same environment it was...

Such friendly and helpful staff. I was not prepared for the big selection,,and became a little overwhelmed,lol.
