This one staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Incapable of simple communication. We had no idea outside food wasn’t allowed unless renting the pavilion, and instead of calmly explaining the policy, we were immediately met with hostility and accusations. This lady came on her golf cart, aggressively asking us questions and accusing us of being rude. Being told we were “rude” simply for not knowing the policy and giving us a chance to communicate is completely unacceptable. All it would have taken was a simple explanation that we’d need to pay the $100 fee to have cupcakes on the property. Instead, the staff chose aggression and condescension.

To make matters worse, this same staff member even singled out one of the kids in our family, commenting on his “bushy hair”. It was completely unnecessary and inappropriate behavior.

This is not how you treat paying customers, and it’s absurd that such a basic, straightforward matter couldn’t be communicated and handled with the slightest respect or...

Grandson, his friend, and I went and had an amazing time. My first time here and the course was great. It was a Saturday around 11:30a, the temperature was 63 & overcast. Other than the first 15 min of play the three of us were the only ones on the course for our whole game. The course took us approx 70 min. I highly recommend this entertainment venue. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The course was very clean and well put together. Safety had been well thought of. There were plenty of places to sit, even around the holes. We made a couple of suggestions and found that one of them was already being formulated: type of wood post for holding the score card(s) at each hole. From out of Town. Went to Pioneer for a late night session. Arrived at 9:15. Had a party of 11. Clerk was very nice. Played 10 holes before deciding to call it a night.

Clerk closed down shop after we returned our clubs and balls.

Upon walking to parking lot and loading kids into car, a gentlemen came out of the nearby house, hollered at us, and then came down to the parking lot to meet the employee. He stared at us while we were waiting for an Uber and then made a comment “if we’re good”

Once Uber arrived and were saying goodbyes, this gentlemen yelled “are you leaving” again. The sign said the putt putt park was open till 11 and it was 1020 when we left...
