I'm still trying to grow out an awful haircut from here that I got in August of last year. I've debated for months about posting this, but my haircut was so awful and crooked that it is still affecting my self confidence months later. And she cut it so short that I haven't been able to get it fixed by anyone else because there's hardly any hair to fix. I specifically told her not to use any heat on my hair beforehand, and when she pulled out the straightener and I stopped her, she acted shocked. Don't get your hair cut here if you have curly hair because you will leave with butchered and heat-damaged hair.

With all of that being said, I have enjoyed other services from here like the massages, and a lot of the people who work here are nice and do their jobs well, so I'm giving it two stars. Just avoid...

I had a stylist whom I went to for color and cut three times. The third time I had so much breakage that when another hair dresser saw me she teared up. Not only did the original hairdresser not warn me of possible breakage before hand, she tried to cover it up afterward by saying, “how do you feel about some layers?”. I called to complain but instead of an apology from the owner, was only told that all the hair dressers were “independent contractors”, therefore, she was not to blame. I also overheard workers talking behind each others backs, workers accuse the girl who scheduled of having favorites and only giving clients to her "favorites", ect. This was so unprofessional and tacky! If I could leave zero stars I would, but there isn’t an...

UPDATE...We were given the Swedish massage instead of the Deep Tissue. That explains it, except, how the mix-up occurred. I spoke with Amber(one of the Owners, according to her) and refused the $5 'coupon' offered off our next massage. We're not going back. The star given is for the friendliness of the 2 massage therapists. The rest of the staff were somewhat cool, in part this may have been our fault, as we had to call and delay our 90 minute couples massage by 30 minutes. Apparently they start the clock the second you walk in the room, rather than when the massage actually begins. The massage room was very chilly. The massage was too light, even for my hubby, who normally requires a lighter touch. Very disappointing. Not worth the...
