Paid $2036 to receive horrific customer service & quality. I paid for a new paint job, bumper, wheel barrings replaced, cv axle shaft, & driveshaft replaced. Let’s just say, my car is sounding the same after taking it back not once but twice. I informed him the first time after picking my vehicle was sounding & doing the same as before, he claimed to know how to fix this. (You’d think it would’ve been done the first time, right?) Brought it back for a second time, doing & sounding the same exact same. At this point I’m thinking Zack just isn’t sure or just isn’t fixing the problem. Let’s not forget to mention that the paint was thrown everywhere, dried up drips, already peeling, & the bumper clearly wasn’t replaced correctly. Please don’t waste your time or money here. I live in Montgomery & was driving back & forth on the word of a man that clearly doesn’t keep his. A man that tries to flip it on you as if you didn’t tell him the issues from the beginning, or as if you didn’t express your concerns after hearing the same issue & not even being .2 miles from the shop after the first pick up. He “fixes” what he wants just to get paid, because in reality the same issues are still occurring. This shop sold my grandson a $200 supposedly new tire. It is not a new tire and I will try to resolve the issue on 10-25-25. It is too late to do so. Not a way to leave a young man that is over 50 miles from home. I will update this post as I find out if they will replace this very bad tire that's dangerous to drive on or not. I returned this morning to discuss the situation with Zack. He was very rude and said, "He must have driven over something." He was offended that I gave the review I did. I'm not one to mince words. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business to anyone. He knowingly sold a bad tire and took advantage of a young man that needed honesty and reliability. That was not found at Kustom Kreation. Again. Sat on the side of 85 S for over 3 hours. Called 35 different shops, and even 911 and the fire department looking for road side assistance when we got a flat tire headed on our vacation from Atlanta to Navarre Florida, and the guys from Kustom Kreation were the ONLY people with a solution for us other than get towed to the next town 30 miles away to a tire shop that wouldn’t be open until the next day aka sleep In our vehicle overnight with 2 small children.
