This hardware store has parts for my 1960 home that cannot be found anywhere else ..... great place. I love them.

Update Oct. 2022: Owners have done many improvements to the store and now it is not only a stylish store, but they carry Benjamin Moore Paints - one of the best house paints available. Bought two gallons of exterior white today. Expensive but worth the price. About 10x's better than HD's Behr brand. Painting with Benjamin Moore paints is like painting with liquid marshmallow. Almost impossible to create a run or drip, fills cracks and holes on the first pass. This paint is light-weight, expands as it drys, does not dry overly fast - thus prevents your brushes, rollers and trays from becoming clogged and unusable during a long job. Well, the place was very clean well stocked the people were very friendly. I will say I didn’t like the fact that they had everything roped off and you could only go down one way and I was told it was because of all the theft so I said well, maybe you should get more cameras Because you made me feel like I’m a thief or I’m going to steal something so I found that quite offensive to have the whole store roped off where you could only go down one aisle and zigzag in and out and then come back and go out the same way you came in was very weird. Desert hardware saved the day! I had a leaky propane hose and connector in my van and went in looking for some parts and advice. David ended up offering to come out to the van with his wrenches and fixing it all for us. Above and beyond customer service! David was such a genuinely nice and helpful guy and seemed so happy to be helping us out. Not only did he solve the problem, I learned how to fix these parts in the future myself. Seemed like a great well stocked store but David is really what makes this local hardware...
