My husband, grandson, and I went to the Twinsburg location on Highland Rd, and couldn't have been more pleased. We were greeted promptly by Sunny, who let us know if we had any questions, just ask. We were looking for mattresses, and had looked at a few other companies already. We found a flippable mattress that was made by a company in North Carolina, with a low profile base (which is great, because I am short... lol). The listed price for a queen was inline with other companies, however, we were pleasantly surprised when Sunny offered quite a nice discount. Needless to say, we are the proud owners of a new mattress set. Nice selection, friendly staff (not pushy), great price, delivery available, in a bright, new, clean location. Had a brand new couch delivered from Twinsburg Cleveland furniture company., It had a big black spot on the arm and the frame on the arm was bent. I was told damaged in shipping. They refused to take it back. they had their furniture repair guy come over tear apart the whole arm of the couch and fix the frame that was bent, And totally replaced the material on the arm of the couch. Since when do you buy a brand new piece of furniture that is damaged and they don't take it back? The repaired arm of the couch is just okay. Not perfect. They refused to give me a new couch. I should have not accepted the damaged couch in the first place, but the delivery guys refused to take it back. I will certainly never go there again. They made it sound like damaged in transient...

Called looking for a table and the woman who answered the phone was beyond helpful and kind. I wanted one specific table and was told they had one left in their Twinsburgh warehouse. I was assisted with placing the order over the phone and opted for delivery. They had an available delivery date one week out. I received a call the day before my delivery for an estimated arrival window and then 10 minutes prior to arrival the day of delivery another heads up call. The delivery drivers were quick and very respectful. Delivery took all of 5 minutes and my table was assembled. Everything looks great.
