Isom Tractor — Local services in Tye

I bought an over priced used disc plow from these folks with the guarantee that they go through all their used plows and repair everything. It’s ready to go to the field. They’re not like everybody else. The one I bought from them, the scrapers are 3 to 2 inches from the disc and she tells me I know what I’m talking about. We do this for a living. They’re supposed to be that distance. Well common sense tells you that disc scrapes mud and Debris off of the disk so the distance is 1/8 to 1/4 inch from the disc not 3 inches or more like Marsha says. She came to my place to repair them when she got there she said the disk turns ok , I said it’s not the disc it the scrapers like all my texts and phone calls says the scrapers are to far from the disk 2 inches to 3.5 inches away. It continued to be very rude and insist that’s the correct distance. She’s very hateful and rude. She definitely was not raised to be respectful. Once these guys get the money they don’t care about customer service. I would recommend other folks to buy from a decent reputable company...
