Just a few weeks before Thanksgiving, both our wall oven and cooktop stopped working completely on Tuesday morning. When I called after looking for what I wanted on their website, Kay Cruz was so helpful and efficient. She called me back in 5 minutes with all the information and pricing I needed to decide on my purchases. When I realized I had called the Tyler store and not my local one in Longview, she sent all the paperwork to the Longview store so we could go there to pay. The wall oven and cooktop we brought were ordered on a Tuesday evening (we arrived to pay just before the store closed for the night) and delivered to the store by Friday, and both were installed in our kitchen by Adams on the next Tuesday. So, in exactly 1 week, everything was done. We could not have asked for a better experience, and we love our new appliances. If it weren't for Adams Furniture and Appliance's excellent customer service, we would not have been able to have Thanksgiving dinner at...

My husband & I were looking for a stove, found one we liked at Home Depot just didn't want to have it delivered. Went to Adam's Furniture in Longview they did not have exactly what we wanted at that store. Susan called the Tyler store & the man gave her a serial number on what he had, she pulled it up on their website showed us pictures & it was what we wanted. She told us we would have to go to Tyler & would have to take the one on the floor which was all fine, we get to Tyler & it was not the one we wanted it was the same as the one in Longview & they were only willing to check Monday to see how long it would take to get the one we wanted, they were not willing to come down on the price of the one they had to work with us since we were basically lied to. They will not be getting any more of our business which is unfortunate for them I found alot of things that we would have been back to buy! I do not recommend going to this store unless you like being lied to then...

Our old dryer died on us and we needed one right away. After checking online with the big box stores for a basic no frills dryer that would be available on short notice we called Adam's Furniture and spoke with Carlina Gamez who told us about the products she had that fit our needs and that could be delivered and installed the very next day (a Saturday by the way). We drove over to see the floor models and chose one and paid for one that would be from an unopened box to be delivered the next day. The crew arrived exactly on time and unboxed it and set it up and hauled off the dead dryer.....all at a very reasonable price. Yes it's a no frills basic dryer but is drying our laundry right now.
