I took my deceased grandfather's watch in to replace a hand that had broken off, but when I picked it up I noticed that the hand that he replaced it with didn't match at all. He said he didn't have a hand in stock to match it, but that I would still be able to tell time with it. I was so disappointed and distracted by this that I didn't notice that the seconds hand was missing till the next morning. So I stop by before work hoping that he still had it and would be able to put it back on. When I told him what was wrong he started making comments like I don't remember there being a seconds hand on there. After he started taking it apart he started to talk to himself, and I heard him make a smart remark. Which irritated me because it seemed like he was mad at me for his incompetence. He then went on to say that he might not have the hand to replace it, and that I could leave it there. Then the lady came up and asked him what was wrong, he told her and she made the same comment. I thought I heard him make another smart remark, but I wasn't sure. At this point I had enough, I decided I would just take it somewhere else to get it fixed. I told him to just put it back together and I would take it somewhere else. He got irritated and started to slam it together. This infuriated me to see my grandfather's watch being treated in such a manner. My grandfather had just passed this April, I told them this when I dropped it off the first time. After getting the watch back i asked if they have a Facebook page so I could leave an honest review, he just stared at me. As I was walking out the they shouted something, but I didn't catch it. After getting to work i cooled down and decided to let it go and never give them my business again. But after a while I took the watch out to show my coworkers why I had been upset earlier. That's when i noticed that he put the watch face in backwards, he did this on purpose!! And if by some small chance he didn't do this on purpose, then he truly is incompetent. They are very nice! They clean and repair your jewelry and very quickly. I will not take my things any where else. Most of my things came from my grandmother and my rings...
