Integrity Granite — Local services in Tyrone Township

I have a few concerns with this company. 1. Their communication was subpar. I was not given proper instruction on what the expectations were for the day of installation. Despite having the team come out to our home to measure (getting a visual of our place with countertops IN), and many emails between the scheduler, it was never brought to my attention that the tear out process was a separate bill. So on installation day, to keep on schedule (I had already hired a plumber and taken the day off) I had to pay $400 extra dollars for their team to rip out my current countertops. Which if planned for is acceptable, but was highly frustrating because I would have certainly done the job myself if I had been aware. When this concern was brought up to the scheduler she blamed me for forgetting a phone conversation that never happened, as all of our communication was via email. When this concern was brought up to the owner my email, it was ignored and he never replied. 2. On installation day they put in my countertops slightly crooked so one portion of the cabinet was sticking out from underneath the countertop. To give credit where credit is due, the owner replied to this issue immediately and sent his team back out to fix it. In the end, the countertops are beautiful, but there is still a bitter taste in my mouth that the owner was content with his employee blaming the communication issue on me and allowing me to pay for their lack of preparation. Our granite is absolutely gorgeous. Our experience started with Amber when we first walked in and she was fully welcoming and kind. She sent us home with a pile of samples and candy for my kids. She kept in touch with me and always responded in a very timely manner anytime I had questions. Furthermore, the owner, Andrew, took the time to talk to me on the phone more than once to answer all my questions and listen to my concerns. I received quotes from two other companies and Integrity worked to make theirs our best choice and did so without cutting corners on their work.

Brandon was the first person in our home and he did a thorough job of measuring everything and explaining the best plan for our kitchen. He guided us to make sure our granite would be supported but still look amazing. We ended up adding to corbel to one of the pieces and shortening our island at his suggestion, and we’re glad we did. He was very kind and thorough in answering my questions. He even came back to our home a second time to remeasure our sink because I forgot to tell him exactly where in the cabinet I wanted it.

The group of guys that installed our granite were friendly and professional. They spent several hours making sure everything was perfect and exactly how we wanted it. John was especially friendly and he was very detailed in making sure there were no blemishes.

If I could give this team a higher rating I would! When I initially read their mission statement I didn't think much of it. But they are true to their mission. Amber was amazing at answering all of my questions and changes. When Brandon came out to get a template for our cabinets he noticed they were not put in perfectly (another contractor). Instead of rescheduling, or getting upset he went above and beyond by adjusting my cabinets to ensure they would be perfect for the counters. The night before we were scheduled to have our counters installed at 9:00am I panicked, the size of the island we initially gave them was going to be too large after creating a template. I called their number after hours and left a message as well as sent Amber an email. I called again first thing in the morning and Amber had stated she received my message and it was already being handled (cut down smaller) and they are still on schedule to be to our home on time! When Tyler and Jon arrived they were kind and courteous. They too noticed the last cabinet (that we did not adjust from the first contractor) was a smidge out of place. They again, took their time to correct it quickly without a second thought. Jon and Tyler were very knowledgeable and took the time to go over everything thoroughly from cleaning and care to warranty policies. I WILL be recommending their services to everyone I know!
