iTec (a Hi Solutions Company) — Local services in Union Beach

Over the course of having our basement finished we have had to work with a number of different contractors to complete parts of the project. iTec has BY FAR been the absolute best of those contractors. Working with a number of different companies back to back has really highlighted how great of a job iTec has done. They did everything they said they would, when they said they would do it and they were very helpful along the way with various questions that popped up for us. I also appreciate that they followed up several times to see if we were ready while waiting for their various steps and they kept in touch to make sure there were no delays on their side. There was one minor issue during the last stage of install and they made sure to send someone out to correct it within a few days. 5 year experience with iTec. Initial sale and installation of home theater/projector set up was reasonable. Overall work was good but a surge protector was missed and the projector got fried a few years later. Service after the sale has not matched the initial quality seen at the installation process. Most recently had a service call that they handled with a no- show and no call. Poor Customer service. Service Coordinator is very rude and not very helpful and does not respond in a timely or respectful manner to the customer. To get an issue solved with your home is always very difficult. Its like pulling teeth to get them to help you. Even when you have been a customer for many years. Continues to disappoint...
