I have known the Final Flight Family for more years than I'd like to say! One word can describe them..."Awesome".The Powers family started with what was once a little grocery store and developed it into a thriving business. The FF Team has everything a duck hunter could want and then some. I buy everything that I can from them and so do most of my old hunting partners. I have always received great customer service and the owners Mr. Bernie, Tripp, Jon Ed and Kelley Powers always make a point of introducing themselves to visitors and maybe giving some young duck hunter some pointers on calling or decoy placement! You don't get that at the big box waterfowl stores. What most people do not know about Final Flight is that the Powers Family have been "Lenders of Opportunity" to many a UT Martin college student; my son Seth for one! The students learn about business, learn how to deal with difficult people (imagine that) plus make their spending money! Those with bad attitudes, are lazy and do not study don't last long. Final Flight is also a strong supporter of "The Martin Mallards" Collegiate DU Chapter! I highly recommend Final Flight Outfitters to everyone who enjoys the waterfowl tradition! Happy Hunting...

I live 40 miles away from final flight and wanted to call to check stock on one of the Sitka pieces. Called girl picked up and I asked simply did they carry the piece I was looking for and she no more than turned around and didnāt ask or even try. She clearly sat the phone down I could hear her cutting up in the background and laughing then picks the phone back up and said no we donāt carry that piece. I didnāt have anything to do so I travel to another outdoor store in Atwood and then make the loop to final flight. Then BAM! Thereās the piece I wondered if they carried and in the size needed. Kelly needs to get some decent help up front other than the snotty college girls that have an attitude and are stuck up and did I say rude worse than any store Iāve...

Even over paid for the Fanatic Bibs and jacket for the simple reason of the customer service and the exchange because I was buying for my son. Opens up the bibs I bought for him during Christmas and there is a spot on the seam that didnāt get sewed. Never worn still has the tags on them and Final Flight will not exchange. Under stand these was bought like this they also know this, wasnāt no disagreement. Pretty much they canāt afford to do exchanges because Sitka is very picky. That should be discussed before purchasing. Now I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for Sitka to determine if they are going to replace or repair a brand new never been worn pair of $500 bibs.
