I am grateful for Halpern's truck parking lot. Unloading did not take very long at all. Eclipse Advantage, LLC (lumper service) at this business. After I finally paid my lumper fee (which I tried a few different ways), went back inside, again, to retrieve my signed bills, that were already ready, and the female who checked me in, blurted out: "you're welcome", I then said the same, then I said thank you, then she said: "no, you're welcome", so I guess she was attempting to be sarcastic. I'm not sure why when I delivered their load, from Grand Island, NE, and I paid for the unloading. Also, there were at least 8 males in the same area extremely loud while I was on the phone with my fm, who was helping me, and one of those guys called me auntie. I love individuals to embrace life, but business is business, and that was very tacky. No matter what, you got your product, and you got paid. That's important, and I was not rude to any of them. Be aware of the route you take into this business. There are restricted routes. Ignore the first 2 sets of no truck signs and just stick to Welcome All Road! , theyre there to prevent you from entering the housing developments. If you have half a brain and common sense just follow your trucker gps as it’s the ONLY way to the facility. (Provided map below) everyone here is really really nice. I was late because of the snow in Colorado and they got me in and out in 2 hours. If you’re early, park in the gravel lot then go check in at receiving.
