Tony, the owner, and his son delivered and installed my Speed Queen washer and dryer. Very professional. Tony is the owner. We called Mart 's to fix our dryer we thought had a bad heating element and to look at the washer that wouldn't stay balanced. The technician found nothing wrong with the heating elements but an issue with the ground plug receptacle on the wall. He fixed that and the dryer has heated just fine since. He ordered parts to fix the washer and they came in quickly and they had me rescheduled to fix the washer very promptly. The technician was very knowledgeable and super friendly-- and my cats liked him. The cost was reasonable....

Excellent repair service! They scheduled me in quickly to repair my washing machine. Arrived on time and the repairman was polite and courteous (I didn’t even have to lock up my Mastiff, he didn’t mind my dog at all!) The part had to be ordered, but, thankfully, I was instructed how I could continue to safely use my washer until the part arrived.
