Over 3 years at this new location and the same issues exist. Staffing it is the typical issue, self checkouts are installed but not available, employees are always changing so only a few know what to do when they have an issue. To be a franchise, you still never know business hours for whether the store is open for a full day. Let's not speak on customer service skills. A lot of people could learn from Publix and ChikFilA customer service. The majority of employees won't speak to greet you when coming in, and definitely won't tell you what your total is. They'll try handing you the receipt but nothing else. Some may think that's fine but not in that line of business. To keep excepting it is to eventually get worse. Had a transaction complete and the girl said nothing and just walked away without trying to hand over a receipt. Another girl walked up and I stood right there to ask if that's it. Terrible. Went Nov 23rd approximately 9:30pm (30 min before closing), pulled up right after another customer. They went to the door and it was locked. The girl inside could be seen being her pocketbook to exit. Asked her if they were closed and she said yes. Thinking she just moved her car up to the front door until 10pm rolled around because she left all the lights on and left the carts with the cases of water...
   Read moreStopped to grab some cheese sauce for supper, grabbed a couple jars and had a price tag of 2.45 in front of them and some cheese packs. They rang up wrong, so I told the cashier I'll put them back that's too high. While putting it back she made a nasty comment about how I should be able to read signs to other customers there. I confronted her about the comment, she went off with nasty remarks threw her chest out and said you picked the wrong person to mess with today and said she was tired of y'all. I ask her who is y'all she said all of y'all. Racist comments, bad attitude, wrong prices on items in store. I am filing a complaint with corporate and I would advise others to drive 10 minutes down the road to another store with a lot nicer employees that don't threaten or say racist comments to their customers all over a jar of cheese sauce.    Read moreEverything was pretty ok until I got up to the register. There was someone in front of me checking out with a cashier. The whole time the cashier is on her cell phone with a Bluetooth in her ear. After she checked that customer out she just counted some money and walked away and didn’t bother even saying anything. But continued talking on the phone. I went and used the self checkout. Still she’s on the phone. I’m going to contact corporate Monday morning. And you should see all the trash in the parking lot in the back. I usually don’t do stuff like this but it was clear that this employee didn’t care about the customers at all and was more interested in whoever she was talking to on the phone.
