No overnight parking . Some trucker has appointments but some has not but i think if you have appointment then they take around 3 hrs for unloading but if you not have appointment just check in office then come back in truck and wait for call when you get call go to door and axle back and back to door and disconnect and i don’t have appointment i share my experience Appointment- no Load in trailer - Tomato 🍅 Check in - 10:30pm Received call for door - next morning 5am Check out- 9:10am So almost 11 hrs If your broker says its very fast unloading . Its take 2 hrs unload. Go straight through then its totally lying so don’t believe on him and if you have delivery here and you don’t have appointment and you arrive here evening for check in then may you are good for next day pick up load but not early but if you arrive here in midnight or early morning for delivery then you not be able to pick up next load because take can take you next whole day for unloading and you not be able to do anything. About it so Nobody help in check in office . Brokers not do anything he just lying you i have that load comes from State KY to here delivery and broker Freight All Kind if someone have that load then its unloading that longer. My experience this is garbage werehouse they not respect time . I don’t know why its take whole day for just unloading one truck . And also their super poor management which is not take care of truckers and not read that kind of bad reviews and try to improve it but not so if you read here good reviews my be they have appointment or they lying about my experience i saw too many trucks which is comes when i came they also here that longer so again -100 star for this werehouse -100 stars for their poor management

Had to bring back 270 cases due to the tomatoes being to soft. Waited for over three hours and went to check and see how much longer. Was met by a man and he started off being nice until I told him what door we were in and why? He didn’t seem to like that we bought back product and then proceeded to tell me that I could go huff and puff in my truck. I was smiling and being nice until then. They don’t understand that the product wasn’t damaged by us and we have no control over the 90 rejecting the product. We deliver at our 90 at 07:32 and now it’s 16:30 and we still have the tomatoes. Tried to check in yesterday since we were told they would take us early and they said no, assuming no one wanted to work hard on the 4th of July. Parked at the Loves all day and night, Checked back in at 6am next morning and was told they were waiting on a door (all doors were unused) and they would call when they got one available. So far it's 11am and no call yet. Will never pick up or deliver to Mastronardi again. At their facility in Laredo, TX we waited 24 hours to get loaded with this product coming here. They DO NOT value a drivers time at all.
