Great experience with the salesman and the gentleman that delivered our furniture. No high pressure salesman, we browsed at our convenience and any questions we had were gladly answered. We were explained any features the items may have, absolutely great in store experience. The gentleman delivering the furniture were professional and very kind. They took great care to get our furniture in our home and set up. They even refreshed our memories on some features the salesman showed us. The furniture itself is great, color, fabric and construction. I’d purchase there again. We did go back and make a purchase of an ottoman to go with our couch. Unfortunately when it came in it had a very discrete tear in the fabric. Was given the option of returning for a replacement or they would credit me back twenty five percent of cost. I want to give a huge shoutout to Naylors Furniture. This couch is my 2nd purchase from them (first was a bed/mattress), and both experiences have been amazing. When you go into their store, they offer help, the second I say "I am just browsing", they respond "let us know if you have any questions", and DO NOT HOVER! Every other furniture store I have ever been in, the salesmen follow me around, making me feel pressured and uncomfortable. When they deliver my furniture (which is always extremely quick!), they are friendly and respectable. On top of all this, their prices are very reasonable for high quality furniture.
