Excellent place to spend quality time with family. There is 10$ fee for each car at entrance. considering this location it’s well justified. There is small play area for kids and several spots for barbecue with grill and seating . Ample car parking and loads of sand in main beach area. Shower and restroom looks little outdated still maintained decently.

Only camped here once which was a very nice experience but have visited many times. The places to sit and relax are abundant and we're mostly pretty well kept up. Recently the park has kinda went down hill similarly to the nearby round valley. Overall nice place to go for a small fee.

Love kayaking, fishing and kayak fishing here. Nice and clean and the water level is finally up again. I have caught a good number of large fish and a variety of species. They charge an entrance fee during the summer months.

The reservoir itself was quite stunning; however, it's marred by the presence of a hazardous algae bloom (HAB). Coming into contact with the water could lead to skin rashes, which is why they advised against bringing children or dogs. Despite our desire to go kayaking, we were cautious about the water touching our skin. I would suggest opting for a different location where you can fully enjoy the experience without any worries...
