The owners and staff are super friendly and will do their best to help in whichever way possible. They have a great selection of meats (beef, pork, lamb, chicken) from local farms, eggs from local chickens, locally made preserves, bread and cakes, and produce. It fluctuates through the seasons and they try to source as close to home as possible, although through the winter, produce will come from Florida or other more southern states to NC. Raw “pet” milk, both cow and goat. You will also find tallow candles, bars, etc, wooden décor and seasonal items (pumpkins, Christmas trees). If in doubt, just ask! Also, if you are coming from further away for a very particular item, it might be good to ask if the item is in stock.

I appreciate the variety of fresh produce they have in stock and can always count on them to have what I need. Their prices are competitive. The staff are always eager to assist, friendly and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of natural products available as well such as honey, elderberry, balms, soaps and lotions.
