Due to a combination of winter weather, construction, and lack of insulation at my house, we used up 500 gal of propane much faster than we ever have, and found ourselves completely out - totally taken by surprise. This meant we had no heat, and no hot water. After reaching out via the Customer Service Contact Form at upgas.com, I received a phone call from a manager less than 20 minutes after submitting the form - this was in the evening AFTER business hours. He told me he was sending a truck the following morning. The truck showed up as promised: Justus was the UPG employee who serviced our tank, and made sure our appliances were able to operate safely and appropriately after the fill. Not only did he effectively and efficiently do his job, he was very personable, respectful and made a point to simply be kind and understanding.
