My experience there yesterday was amazing at first however let me break down what happened. When we walked into the store there was two other people looking around at the jewelry. Me and my parnter were looking around and an associate walked up to me and asked if I needed any help and I explained what I was looking for. We looked at a few options but weren't finding anything that really screamed what I was looking for. Then they came up with an amazing idea and I loved the idea. So the associate went to show me some silver chains to pick out for this idea and I noticed my partner was looking at something and I asked him what he was looking at and he said the security guard. I looked over and saw that there was a security officer leaning up against one of the cases stairing at us. (Mind you we are now the only customers in the store at this point). I don't understand why he was called in when we were actively trying to purchase something. The ladies working with me were being so nice to me as well and one of then even changed my dead name on my account which I thought was amazing. However, another associate asked me if my partner was my brother and I explained that he was my partner. And then proceeded that say "oh I just thought you both were cute brothers" "you both just look alike". Which I honestly can say was not appropriate. Again I do appreciate the two ladies that helped me pick out the necklace for my mother it looks beautiful and I can't wait to give it to her on Saturday. But, it sucks that me and my partner were profiled while we were there and will most likely never be back because of this experience.    Read moreWish there was a no star or zero star option. Dropped my ring off on the 6th of August to have prongs tightened, cleaned and my setting adjusted. I was told I would get my ring back by the 28th of August. I called after a week for an update they said they sent it out and it was received but they didnât get an estimate yet. Called back a week later and the girl that answered said the person who discusses the estimates was not in but she would call in the next day or two. Called AGAIN 4 days later (now the 27th of August) and they said they were âjust about to call meâ. They tried to upsell me on a few things, I denied and again addressed what I needed done. They said it would be $60 but they wonât hear back from whoever they sent it to for 2 days. So why has it been over 2 weeks to hear from them but it now will only take 2 days? In December 2023 we had this same ring resized, prongs tightened and setting adjusted and it was only gone for a week. I wouldnât be so frustrated if communication had been better from the company. I shouldnât have had to call 3 times for an update. Would love to have had them call to let me know they received my ring in the mail and will call back in a few days to let me know if they heard anything or not but will keep me updated. In my opinion over communication is better than no communication. My wedding ring is my only real piece of jewelry I own and I do take it very seriously, wish they would express the same care.    Read moreTook 2 brushed silver rings in to be sized. When I picked them up they had been polished smooth. Told the person they were not correct and she said they would repair them and have them ready in a couple of days. Frustrating but I guess things happen (though you'd think a jeweler would notice details like that). Anyway, what really got to me was another employee (the one whom I dropped them off with originally) called and told me I was incorrect, that the rings were not the same and that one was polished and the other was textured. I bought these custom, as a set. I couldn't believe I was called and told I did not know what my rings looked like. And to top it all off, I was still charged full price when I picked them up. I was just looking at my rings today and I see that the bands are uneven in thickness and not very consistently brushed (there are some areas of shine still.)
