The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion — Local services in Upper Allen Township

Ashcombe is the most perfect wedding venue. Pennsylvania offers a lot of more rustic style wedding venues and Ashcombe stands proud in all of its glitz and glamour. Working with Erika Hegedus to coordinate all of the logistics was seamless. She serves as the greatest point of contact and I knew we were in good hands. The venue has so much personality and statement pieces. It made for the most magical ceremony site with the grand ballroom style tent, as well as the sparkling crystal dining room for cocktail hour. Guests could not stop raving about the beauty of the venue and enjoyed taking photos all around the mansion. It made for such a seamless wedding day- the onsite bridal suite and grooms suite, the grand ceremony and reception tent, and outside patio with heaters for guests to get some fresh air. The mansion is expansive but it's set up with every convenience- restrooms on every floor, even a built-in garment steamer, and kitchen/fridge access. Shout out to Henry for his eagerness and ability to step right up and into helping us unload all of the craziness of wedding décor, wedding dresses, any and all items with a genuine smile on his face. Went here for New Year’s Eve 2023. The theme was great. Gatsby roaring 20s so much fun and the mansion as well as the back enclosed heated area were decorated so wonderfully for the season. Every little nook and cranny of the mansion had bars and food and seating areas live bands, live music, I don’t know if the food was catered or not everything was really good. Drinks were very strong and again really well prepared. Staff was on point everything you would expect like this for an event like this I have been here once before for a Christmas extravaganza this by far was much better exceeded any at all of my expectations going in, my only regret was they had a VIP package that had to have 10 people that allowed you entrance to the celebration as well as overnight accommodations in one of the five rooms on second floor hopefully next year they do it again and we are already talking about who we can get to to get the VIP packageif you ever get an opportunity to go to this, you won’t be...

We have been blessed to have known The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion before it was even completed, and it has been the most beautiful journey from conception to execution. From the gorgeous wallpapers, beautiful chandeliers, and painted ceilings, it is the singular most beautiful location to get married in central Pennsylvania. Deb, the owner, was so kind and gracious throughout the process- dealing with my nerves of the location not being finished on time, but as promised, it was finished in a way that was better than I could have even dreamed. Mark, Ryan, Erika, and the rest of the Ashcombe team made sure we never had to lift a finger throughout the weekend. They were so sweet, constantly checking in to make sure we had all that we could ever ask for.
