King's Kountry Store — Local services in Upper Leacock Township

I was here and bought 2 jugs of their homemade root beer. It says that there is sugar in the recipe….. but when I tasted it the sugar content was low….like it should be.

This was the single best soda that I have ever tasted in my entire life. And after tasting this homemade root beer…..I immediately opined that the amounts of sugar found in commonly produced softdrinks should be criminalized.

For the very first time in my life…..I fully grasped that gross amounts of sugar are not necessary and, in my opinion, are basically a form of assault by food.

This stuff here is the best root beer ever without question. Once you taste it you may never buy any other soda.

On any given Saturday in Lancaster you can find chicken and rib bbq literally every where you look. One of our favorites is the chicken bbq dinners at Kings Kountry store. The store is a family run business and the bbq is no different. Half chicken, Cole slaw, baked potato and roll for around $12. There’s tables to sit and eat there or take it for the road.
