The women there are extremely rude on the phone. I live in NJ and I asked if they can send me pictures of the bunnies they had for sale so I can Zelle them the money and reserve them and they said “we can’t spend half and hour taking pictures. If we did this to everyone we’d take forever”. So I go and ask them to reserve two white ones if they have any and I arrive and they didn’t. Then I bought two bunnies , one aggressive and one passive and tried returning the aggressive one for a new bunny and they said I’d have to drive back to the farm to see which one I wanted. I explained I lived far and just needed a picture to see if they had one I like and they didn’t want to send me a picture. Then they said “I have people here I can’t waste my time to continue to talk about bunnies.” Horrible customer service. Straight out rude. Let me mention that when I was purchasing the bunnies , I was taking my time to decide wether or not I connected with them and see the relationship between the two and how they got along, and I was rushed the entire time. I kept being asked “so are you taking both or just one?” 😤😡

Now I’m stuck with a rabbit who bites the other one. I cannot drive almost 2 hours there and back two get there and not see one I like. Very annoyed. Probably won’t be buying...

Horrible people that somehow have the audacity to call themselves organic meanwhile treating their animal like dirt. Went to visit after seeing all the great reviews only to find the horror of the condition of the poor animals. Most of the animals did not have food nor water in 90 degree weather. Over a dozen tiny kittens all crammed into a small dog kennel with no shade or way to keep cool and were all lethargic, eyes and noses with kitty litter stuck to them, all breathing heavily and barely moving even when picked up. All clearly overheating and starved. After a few hours a worker filled up a tiny water bowl for over a DOZEN kittens and all the kittens ran to it and drank up every last drop. No food was given!!! All the animals were clearly neglected and the place was horrendously run down. Workers were rude and seemed as tho they could care less about the animals or customers. After reporting them to SPCA for the horrible animal cruelty I was told that they have been given multiple warnings about their neglect and cruelty and never cared to do anything to change that. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS...

I really recommend this place to buy its products especially its chickens and eggs and I can’t miss the fruits and vegetables are great quality too. They have a playground for the kids to use, These people are so nice when it comes to its loyal customers they give out discounts and much more. They have a great heart to share with it’s customers in need, people might say they take long for their orders but I would wait how ever long I have too because there workers do their best to get everyone’s order. I can’t miss one thing there employee Blanca one of the hard working people I know she will manage her way to help everyone I don’t know how she does everything at once. She gives great customer service. This place is worth the long trip for who ever lives far. My kids love this place so much especially when it comes to seeing the animals and playing in there playgrounds. The honey they sale is great quality and great pricing. I really love being part of this family...
