Fun farm experience. The smoked turkey thigh I defrosted and put in the oven at 400° until 160 temperature and it was absolutely phenomenal. The bear jam so yummy I'm not too sweet. The maple syrup went fantastic with pumpkin spice pancake mix that I got from the store and it was a perfect pairing. Farm fresh eggs and the smoked ham wonderful as well.
