Amazing!!!

Long story short… Dan & Owen did an amazing job! I will definitely use them in the future & I highly recommend them! They are honest & trustworthy.

Long story…. Dan & his stepson, Owen came into our restaurant with a lil bit of a heads up of what they were getting into… but u really don’t know the job til u see it…. The first job was my dads stereo cabinet, which was his toy! Dan spent some time diagnosing the problems & did the research so I could order what we needed to give the stereo cabinet the facelift it deserved! Dan was extremely respectful of the equipment, patient with my family’s requests, & very thorough. He took a mess of wires & nonsense & turned it into a labeled organized beautiful cabinet, with fans! Intake & exhaust! & It sounds amazing, looks amazing, & I think my dad would be very pleased with Dan & Owen’s work! So that was the first project… the 2nd & bigger was running new cable lines for our new POS we installed. Which wouldn’t sound so terrible if there weren’t a whole lot of other wires that never got pulled, or that the wires r in the walls, upstairs, downstairs, & might as well say inside out too! Dan & Owen had walkie-talkies & found 1 end to the other end & where it all went in the middle of that chaos so that they could run new cables & get rid of what we don’t need anymore. (still working on getting rid of everything…) but we had a small window to get all this taken care so the new POS could get installed. So with the demands of time, our POS guy, & all the other projects going on at the restaurant, Dan & Owen excelled! I think Owen grew about 2 years in a week!!

It wasn’t just the amazingness of their talents that left an impression, it’s the relationship that developed. We trusted someone blindly to do a precarious job & he never did anything without our approval. He was informative, respectful, thorough, & trustworthy. I will certainly use him & Owen in the future & I highly recommend them!

Well..... Let's talk TECHNOLOGY!!! Once COVID became the "BIG" thing, numerous individuals began working from home. This is now known as "Remotely".

As this trend increases, all of us depend upon our technology to work one hundred percent (100%) of the time. Unfortunately, this is not a reality. In fact, we can depend on our computer, printer, software and other technology NOT working when it''s needed most.

Recently, I was copying multiple documents and got a paper jam in the printer. I cleared all of the paper, however the printer wouldn't work. The printer read an "error" message. This occurred several times, until the printer finally gave out.

I located a shop in Bath, PA that was horrible. My printer came out of thier shop worse, than it went in. They didn't return phone calls nor did they work on it as promised. I believe they dropped The Sedcondary (Legal or Bottom Tray. Why? Because it never worked after that.

Let's move on to the "POSITIVE". Looking on Thumbtack I found DHTCS. I spoke w/ Daniel Horsfield. This guy seemed sincere, knowledgeable and my gut told me he was honest. He told me to bring the machine in immediately.

This guy was "PHENOMENAL".... He looked at the printer the same day and responded the next day. Dan cleared the jam, however the printer need a part. He immediately ordered it, w/o taking any payment upfront. Who does that?

Once the part came in, Dan notified me. He let me know the machine was somewhat working. The printer is on it's last leg. His advice was to get a new one.

I decided to take the printer and use it until it dies. I've been using it, however w/o the bottom tray. Dan helped me out of a jam (Yes that was a Pun).

DHTCS is a Small Business located in Dan's home. He is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, honest and NOT a money grubber. Dan is truly "The Man"!!!

I needed to have my computer files transferred from my busted hard drive to my new one (Best Buy was unable to accommodate and it wasn't covered under my plan). Dan communicated effectively, was professional, and accommodating. He made sure to answer all my questions in regard to transferring my files and communicated daily with me in regard to how the process was going.
