I do not have enough wonderful things to say about Gigi and Bouncing House rentals. Gigi provided us with a large tent for our backyard wedding. Her communication was excellent and set up was quick, and the quality of the tent was excellent. We also enjoyed the additional lighting that Gigi provided to give our tent an extra romantic feel. Additionally, we were very stressed out because there was potential rain for our big day, and Gigi quelled all of our anxieties by offering us a last-minute tent if need be. Thankfully, the weather cooperated, but we knew that if it did not, Gigi had us covered. On top of her wonderful service, Gigi was incredibly kind to my vivacious and energetic little one who followed her around every time she came to our house. She treated my daughter with such kindness, and that was the icing on the cake for us. There is no question in my mind that we will use Gigi anytime we need a tent in the future. My kids attended a kids event at the Solomon Pond Mall in Marlborough, where they got face painting done by GiGi. I took a picture of her contact info at the time, thinking it might come in handy one day. Fast forward to my daughter’s 5th birthday, and I reached out to GiGi. When I sent her a screenshot, she asked how I knew about her, and we both laughed about it.
