If you say hello to Ricky Morrison working the grounds working the facilities keeping it one of the nicest rest areas I've ever seen in my life. Ricky is a gentle soul. You can tell just look in his eyes. We had a great conversation about football. I said he sounded like Another Ricky. I knew that played football professional football lol.

I had to give him a bigger tip today wasn't much but it was big to me, but it was well worth it. I didn't have any smaller change but like I said, he's working really hard here. Thanks again Ricky for taking care of one of the nicest rest areas I've ever seen and been in my life thank you . This is a huge rest stop with lots of parking for Trucks, RVs, trailers and cars. They had several attendants cleaning and monitoring. The restrooms were very clean and both women's restrooms were open and all the stalls were available. Hubby said likewise for the men's side.

The vending building is on the north side and the machines all take credit cards only, no bills or coins accepted. No prices were listed on the machine so you don't know how much the item costs until it hits your credit card statement. 😕

There are picnic tables for eating meals and the grounds are well maintained. Not sure if they had a dog walk.

Other than the hidden vending machine costs, we're very impressed with this...

Very very very nice Rest Stop!!! Probably the best I've ever stopped at!! As you can tell from my pictures this place is very very very clean. It's well stocked with traveling brochures and anything else you would like to read about the great state of Kentucky. It even had an antique in the lobby. It looks like a pay phone. I only know what it's called from my recently history class on early civilization communications. Looked like it was in great condition!!! Dunno if it worked or not for I was afraid something that old would break if I touched it!!! Again, if you're un the area...stop on by here. Take a wee and stretch those legs! No better...
