I had them put a water pump on,, new timing cover,, timing chain and block heater. Had my truck for 10 days for a job that billed out at 6 hrs labor. The truck was returned to me 7 days after my parts came in. The wire to the engine heater was laying on the exhaust manifold and the worst part is that a fan bolt was cross threaded. When I called, I was argued with about how much bolt was sticking out by the owner then reluctantly told to bring it back and he would drill it out and put a helicoil in it. I don't want a helicoil put in a brand new water pump, nor do I want it there another 10 days or longer. I will never use them again. I had a previous problem over a head gasket job they did on my diesel where it blew a new head gasket in record time and was told it was put back back together with a cracked head. My Lincoln Navigator L started acting funny on my way home today, and then a block from my house, I lost most of my transmission and had to coast the rest of the way home. I called UATC and they told me to drive slowly and come right to them, so I did. I let Amber know that we were going out of town in a few days and we’re planning on taking my vehicle. An hour later, as I waited for my ride, they had diagnosed my problem, located parts and had them on the way. I expected to pick my car up in the next day or two, which I was very happy about!! Much to my surprise, Dave called this evening and said my vehicle is READY!! To say that they saved me in a bind, and did everything they could to get the job done efficiently and quickly, is a huge understatement!

While they were very nice and accommodating, the work was not done properly. The squeak from the wheel bearing is still there, and when they replaced the mirror that was broken when we retrieved the car, it then popped out when we shut the hood at home. We unfortunately can't give them more stars and will be hesitant to recommend them to anyone.

P.S. As far as "reaching out" to have everything fixed, it would mean another day off work, at least, and another person to help out with transportation back home and back again to pick up vehicle. A big "can't do!" -- things need to be done right...
