Then not really a trail but you can go in and follow the trail to the base of the waterfall. The best way to the base is at the second bridge but when we went there the right side was closed off and had a NO entrance sign. There was visible erosion on the right side that made it hard to cross so we did not go to the base of the falls and other people were staying away as well. In short, a fun and enjoyable hike...
