I lived in these duplexes for almost two years and never had any issues. Dustin was great and he is the most understanding landlord I have ever rented from. He is very kind and respectful. The maintenance guy, Mike, is amazing. He is always willing to help and he’s very easy to talk to. He knows everyone who lives on the property and he even spends his time making the kids happy. My steps son would run outside every time he saw him. Mike would always give him little treats and take him for rides around the property. Not only is he great with people but he stays on top of the maintenance on the property and he gets things done very quickly. If your looking for a place that feels like your own this is the place to go. Dustin the owner and his ranch hand are amazing. The cabin has everything you need and more. Stocked ponds with big catfish and bass. So much wildlife that you will never go a day without see different animals. The bucks are big and well taken care of. Exotics and hogs as well. I had an amazing time over the weekend on a bow-hunting trip to MTZ Ranch in Uvalde, TX. The ranch provided a comfortable three-bedroom cabin and plenty of wildlife to hunt. Although I only chose to hunt with my bow, I still had a great time. I did miss out on the chance to take down many great animals, though. But that just gives me an excuse to go back and hunt the Axis deer that I had spotted during my last visit. I can't wait to go back and do it...
