Update 3/2021: I stopped in today for the first time in over a year, and wow! They've really expanded the store. Now you enter in the front instead of around back. The space is much bigger, with 4 or 5 registers. The selection is also about 10 times what it was when they first opened! Tons of options for flower, edibles, cartridges, and concentrates, I was really impressed. Prices are really reasonable, and the staff was helpful. I went around 5:30 on Friday afternoon and waited less than 5 minutes. Really great improvements!

Original review (2019): Visited for the first time today. I haven't been to any other dispensaries in Mass yet, but I've been to a few in other states.

A few good points: plenty of parking, wait time wasn't bad (about 20 minutes on a Saturday a little before noon), they accept credit and debit (though there is a $3 processing fee).

A few drawbacks: veeeery limited selection, which did not match the menu posted online. They only give you an up to date menu once you get inside, so I had about 3 minutes to make a decision without holding up the people behind me. Price for edibles was also higher than posted online (20 pack of 3mg chews was $40 not $30). Inside is very small and only about 4 people are allowed in at once, so everyone else has to wait outside. It was fairly nice out today but I don't think I'd stand out there too long in the winter or height of summer.

No word on the quality of the product yet. Overall it's super conveniently located for me, so it might be my go to if I just want a quick something and don't feel picky, but I'll be looking further afield for...

I’m not one to typically write bad reviews, especially not when it comes to local businesses, but I’ve had multiple experiences here that have just turned me away completely and made me feel the need to share. My distaste with this dispensary started several months ago when I walked in at 9:50, ten minutes before they closed. As soon as I walked in, the owner looked at one of her employees and said “I really can’t believe people would still come in right now”, while making eye contact with me. I can understand having a long day at work and wanting to go home, but having the audacity to shame your customers for coming to shop in your store(while you are still open) is absolutely ludicrous. This experience really upset me, and I went elsewhere for several months. I ended up giving it another chance recently, and I regret doing so. My friend has noticed being shorted change several times in the last few weeks, and after hearing about this, I went to see if the same thing would happen to me. My change was 80¢, and I was given 75¢. While five cents isn’t a big deal, when this is happening nearly every single time, it adds up. Regardless of whether or not this is happening intentionally(and I cannot possibly see how it could be an accident this many times), it’s absolutely unacceptable, and quite frankly illegal. I will no longer shop here, and I will also be sharing this with everyone I know that does shop here. Sincerely...

The #1 Recreational Facility in Massachusetts. I have physically been to 9 locations and tried flower from 12 or 13 different locations. They do not cultivate their own product to my knowledge but they do the best job of sourcing the highest quality flower the state has to offer. They are a small operation but their selection is just the opposite. 8+ flower strains and numerous others in preroll. And dried flower is only a small portion of their total offering. I have been to numerous locations that have as few as 2 mediocre strains available or only sell 1g quantities. They aren’t always the most talkative or informative place they are small so they focus on speed. They will talk to you but they won’t coddle you like many locations which is fine if you a frequent flyer like myself (weekly). Finally and most importantly, whomever is responsible for choosing their selection knows exactly what their doing. Quality lies further than the THC percentage, at Caroline’s you can feel the difference and that’s all that truly matters. Thank you Caroline’s please keep it up.
