I could not be happier with my experience buying a car from Chris at Norcal Automart a few days ago. Let me tell you why. I purchased a vehicle from NorCal Automart after being heartbroken that I had to sell my Honda S2000. I am skeptical about going to dealers and usually prefer buying my cars from Craigslist, but I saw the 370z Chris had posted and checked it out. As soon as I got out of the Uber and onto the dealership I was greeted by Chris. I checked out the car I was interested in and I liked what I saw. Chris allowed me to get the vehicle inspected locally which was a huge sign to me that he was confident in the quality of vehicles he was selling. The vehicle was already in my price range but the ac did not work and I brought this up to Chris. Chris immediately said that he had a friend who owned a shop and would take care of the AC regardless of the issue causing the AC to not work. I would not normally make this deal with just any sales person at a car dealership but I really did sense a great vibe from Chris and I took him at his word. I purchased the vehicle and loved driving it. The next day I took it to the shop and got it back the following day. The AC was fixed and it was more than just a simple recharge, but Chris stood by his word and payed for it all and even checked in on me as soon as he heard I got the car back! It is refreshing to have someone stand by their word these days but especially in a business where most people are anything but honest. I love the vehicle I purchased, and I am so fortunate to have had the pleasure of buying a vehicle from a dealership of this caliber. Thank you...

This dealer is very good. We purchased a 2007 Chevrolet HHR about 1 year ago. This car has been unbelievable. We used it for our summer vacation. On our trip, we drove well over 3500 miles. Visited the Grand Canyon. Sadonna, 4 corners, Drove well into Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Visited several friends in Arizone. We went to Hoover Dam, and Las Vegas. The ttemperature were like 120 degrees. This car passed over so many other vehicles boiling over from the heat. The HHR just kept going and going. We have now put over 25000 miles on this car. Absolutely no problem. Nuff said anout the car. I want to talk about the dealer. Chris is the owner of Automart auto sales in Vacaville Ca. This man is totally honest. I have a lot of respect for him. I took my wife and two daughters to purchase the car. Great vibes right from the get go. The price was more than fair. I traded in a Volvo wagon. He made the offer, and I was very happy. I just would like to thank Chris for his honesty. Most people have not good things to say about used car dealers.
