I have no idea what “Hank” heard Tracy say in his mind but I was told it would be between 4 to 6 weeks to even get a space in the shop for my bike & I have dealt with the good folks since 2017!! I must say they are by far the best all - around dealer in NC!! Tracy in service will bend over backwards to do what you need to have done & for a VERY GOOD price. They have been slammed in the last 5 months & she was up front when I needed something done that it would take between 1 to 2 months before they could get to it. This is what happens when you run the best shop in NC for both work & price!! They are so busy right now that they don’t have any room inside for your vehicle!!! I have a couple of friends that have been informed of this as well. Once again, I have NO IDEA what “Hank” thought he heard but I am ABSOLUTELY SURE HE WAS TOLD THE SAME THING as the rest of us!! He apparently just didn’t want to hear it!! My suggestion is for him to take it to another dealer & quit his “POOR OLD ME” performance & SLANDERING a FANTASTIC bunch of people!!! Especially Tracy...

Don't let them send anything to a man at 5690 NC 18S named Mike, if that's even his real name. Tracy from Fun Cycles sent me there to have work done on carbs. Instead he tried to sell me a motorcycle with an open title ( said his safe is full of them and that when I'm 60 I will understand how things work ) and after declining he refused to help me with my carbs. Seriously Tracy, please don't send your customers there and give your business a bad reputation. I will never step foot...

Employees were very friendly and also very knowledgeable and helpful with parts. Drove an hour and a half just to get parts here because no local dirt bike dealers had what we needed in stock. Some of the places couldn't even order the parts, but anyhoo. These guys and gals told us they could ship parts directly to us to save us a drive back out there since they were so far from us! This is a nifty place to look around and shop at. Lots of fun...
