Got home seasoned and cooked , while tender and flavorful there was some fat well alot of fat to be honest grizzly fat not the good kind..

Were im mlst upset about is i frequently shop at piggly wiggly and find there cuts of meat are far superior.. While they may not be trimmed down completely and cuts are uneven the flavor and quality matches eddies The thickness is the only thing that Eddie's has over the pig but at the price i paid i could have gotton 8 ribeyes for the same price as eddies at the pig. If you count thickness into account then i would have gotton double the meat for the same cost i paid at eddies and the quilty would have been the same..

Take this as you wish i just rather shop at the pig and get more for my money at the...

Friendly meat market with skilled butchers. All the meat I have seen here was trimmed properly and cut evenly. The ground meat was still pink on the outside and inside. The chicken is cut consistently and correctly. I don’t have to go behind the butcher and trim the meat. All signs of skilled butchers! The prices are competitive to those in the grocery store. I went here looking for a place to find good fresh beef, but that fresh sausage is what has me coming back! The poppin pineapple sausage was great. I have eight just about everything in that store. Their steaks are delicious. I recommend a hand cut dry aged steak. All their sausage is homemade and their pork chops are delicious. I highly recommend bacon cheddar sausage stuffed chops. They carry items and specialty items that other stores do not carry. From potato chips to drinks. Stop in and get you some breakfast in the mornings the biscuits are delicious. Purely one of the best country meat markets you can ask for.
